What I like is it does well . I would not call this a duragatory comment but I originally ordered for my G Gauge but it’s size get bigger for that size monster track . However in all fairness I have all sizes of trains mainly n gauge getting 4 z gauge Ho S and O for the n and Ho great even the the next sizes up till G Gauge . In fairness with G Gauge being large outside not talking inches in length it’s lots of footage. This particular item to me it’s best asset is slightly rough areas I can work many of those out unless I need to replace railing or the section / sections of track . Overall it is well constructed . I’m impressed enough I’m going to reach out to them to see about getting larger ones for the bigger scale this size for normal scale . To me it’s all good and exciting despite the fact im very slow at things and tackled all the sizes except the smallest size still haven’t got z delivered yet .As describedI have a high shelf around my hall with a train on it. The train stopped running because of the dirty track. I finally decided it was time to clean it. I researched some approaches and heard good things about this product. It did a great job cleaning the O gauge track. I wiped the track down with Goo Gone on a rag and then used the PECO block. It has worked wonderfully since.works perfectly on my rusty Marklin M track.while it did kinda work, it still needs something a something else to finish it. If this helps it's been a long time since they were cleaned.These track cleaners are the best I have seen in my many years of model railroading. They are a bit pricey but look like they will outlast the old abrasive style of cleaners by at least three times. So, all in all, they average out to the same price as they are asking for the old style and they are much easier to hold onto. Very pleased.It is much firmer than a lot of similar abrasive rail cleaners and does not crumble.
