MILBAN 1-2-3 Water Damage Restoration SanitizerÂ Formulated specifically for use in water damage restoration and for sanitizing carpet against odor-causing bacteria

Suitable for treating carpet, carpet padding, sub-floors, drywall, trim and frame lumber, tackles strip and paneling

Directions:Â

Disinfection/Virucide: Mix 2 oz per gallon of water to disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces. Surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. For sanitizing carpet mix 2 oz per gallon of water for portables, 4 oz per gallon of water for rotary machines. For truck-mounted equipment mix 24 oz per gallon of water and meter at 4 gallon per hour.
For treating porous materials mix 2-4 oz per gallon of water
