These are great for large cleaning jobs. I wouldn't say that they're for jobs that require a lot of absorbency. While you can get them wet, they don't sop up like a thick paper or cloth towel would. Instead, these are for wiping and cleaning. The material feels like dryer fabric softener sheets, so if you think about those and how hardy they are, you can get a good idea of the toughness of these towels.The most useful feature for me is the large size. I pulled the first one out of the pack, and it just kept coming. The size is about the size of the front trunk area of a t-shirt. When I hold it up, I almost feel like I'm looking at a t-shirt. This is useful to me because I like to use every area of a cleaning cloth. I will turn it over, fold it and unfold it, and use it until I've used every square inch, so one cloth lasts me a long time. I use them to clean up used products that I resell, and I love not having to go through small towel after small towel.You wouldn't think so, but the thinness and light weight are such an advantage over a cloth towel. My arms don't get tired, and I can fold it over to create an edge to get into cracks and crevices. I have reused some, and thrown out some after one use, depending on what I'm cleaning.
