I had several containers of the refills, but somehow had misplaced the wand part. I was able to get the starter kit with the wand, base and several refills in a very short turn-around.This particular product came out several years ago, and I think that may be why they aren't available in the stores as much as before. I like this style better than similar products because of the shape of the cleaning pad. I had difficulty keeping the area under the rim clean, and this shape and product does a good job of that compared to most other styles in this category.Now that I can use my extra packages of refills, I will definitely be using them 100% of the time. They work better than other products.
